We Operate an Expert Network
We continuously contact and recruit new experts for client projects. Project scopes range from ~60min telephone engagements to longer term more in-depth work.
Telephone consultations
Telephone engagements with our clients typically last for an hour and encompass a variety of topics depending on the scope of the project. Common topics include market analysis, an industry’s competitive landscape, and customer purchasing criteria.
Written reports
Written deliverables range from shorter specific questions, phone consultation follow up questions, to more in-depth full reports depending on client needs.
In-person visits
Clients may need support with a proposal pitch, assistance with a technical problem, or shorter term support with other business challenges.
Longer term projects
Whilst the majority of our assignments are shorter term in nature, we also facilitate projects where we set up an expert as an exclusive deal advisor, have an expert visit and/or help set up a factory (or equivalent), or work with a client project team to help solve a complex problem.

To be eligible to consult experts are required to sign our terms and conditions, agreeing that they:
Have reviewed any relevant agreements to which they are subject and are permitted to serve as experts
Will decline to participate in any project that would violate those agreements or any obligations they may owe to third parties
Will not provide confidential (including material non-public) information to clients
Will keep client interests and information confidential
Will immediately terminate any consulting project that moves into subject matters they cannot discuss (in which case, if they notify us, we’ll pay them for the time they set aside)
